Kristin focuses her legal practice primarily in Domestic Relations and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Law. Her practice in domestic relations comprises of divorce, dissolution, child custody, visitation, child support, paternity, adoption, protections orders and post-decree matters. Kristin is committed to helping her clients with these legal issues by providing professional, competent and personal representation through a difficult time in her clients’ lives.
The primary goal of Kristin’s ART practice is to help individuals or couples become parents who are unable to do so through conventional means. Her practice consists of drafting gestational carrier agreements, drafting egg/sperm/embryo donation agreements, reviewing agency agreements, drafting and filing necessary documentation with the local court to establish legal parentage for the intended parents, and appearing at any necessary court hearings. Each family situation is unique so Kristin’s representation is accordingly tailored to each individual client on a case by case basis. She is dedicated to support her clients in coordinating the legal processes and maintaining organization during a stressful, yet very exciting, time in their life. Kristin is originally from Peters Township, Pennsylvania south of Pittsburgh. She is married to her best friend and business partner Adam J. Arnold. They have two sons, Wesley and Samuel. Kristin and her family reside in Spring Valley, Ohio. When not practicing law she enjoys being a mom, traveling, cooking, outdoor recreation and relaxing in front of the TV.
